Indole-3-carbinol induces cytochrome p450 enzymes related to
estrogen metabolism, resulting in the increased
2-hydroxylation of estrogens and a concomitant increase in
the 2-hydroxy:16-hydroxy estrogen ratio. Dosage:1 capsule qd
