Macular Support Formula is a combination of potent antioxidants and botanicals designed to protect and support the macula, the central area of the retina responsible for sharp vision. Since the macula is extremely susceptible to free radical damage, current research stresses the importance of antioxidant supplementation in maintaining and improving macular health. This formula is enhanced with lutein, one of only two carotenoids found in macular pigment. Lutein promotes the integrity and density of the macular pigment. The antioxidant activity of lutein also provides optimal protection of the macula from light. In addition, lutein helps to maintain the health of the optical lens.

This comprehensive formula brings together proanthocyanidins, amino acids, vitamin C and carotenoids to provide exceptional protection against free radical damage in retinal tissue.

Two Vegetable Capsules Contain

n-acetyl-l-cysteine (free-form) 250 mg.
reduced glutathione (free-form) 50 mg.
bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) extract (standardized to contain 25% anthocyanosides) 80 mg.
grape (Vitis vinifera) seed extract (standardized to contain 92% oligomeric proanthocyanidins) 50 mg.
lutein (FloraGLO) (from 120 mg.of marigold flower extract) 6 mg.
